Booking Process

Decisions to be made by our guests before they confirm the final booking:

There are personal preferences to take into account such as the standard, size and length of the boat required, but the first crucial details are :

The number of people and the numbers and configuration of cabins needed doubles, twins, triples , how many master cabins.

Where to embark and disembark from – can from be the same port, or different ports, so conside where your party is flying into and from, or travelling plans.

The prefered dates of your travel.

With those first decisions made by your party- come to Guletbookers, and we will offer the range of available gulets to choose from and take you through the rest of the process.

You can put a 24 hour option on a boat - to hold it reserved while your group agrees.

Once all is ready to proceed, the charter agreement is sent to be signed and returned with the deposit by wire transfers (up to 50% of full charter fee). Once the deposit is received the charter agreement comes into force.

The final confirmation is by e-mail, and then food and drinks arrangements, transfers and any other requests are discussed and decided.

We will meet you at the gulet where you will be introduced to the crew, and of course – your gulet!
