Day 1:
Embarkation in Göcek Harbor after 4.00pm, followed by our Guletbookers’ welcome and information meeting on-board.  Cruise to Tersane Island, once a famous Ottoman port noted for its boatbuilding, but with scattered Byzantine ruins along the shore, including a church, and later era abandoned Ottoman Greek houses.  After a swim we continue to Batik Hamam (Manastir) Bay to snorkel around the sunken Roman bath towards the southeast side of the bay. Stay overnight in Batik Hamam or a nearby bay.

**(According to your request , you may also spend the overnight on a closer bay ,rather than staying on the port.)

Day 2 :
Cruise to Ekincik  with a stop for a not-to-be-missed tour* of ancient Lycia, one of the highlights of a Blue Cruise.  Embark upon a flat bottomed, local riverboat to travel through the river channels of reeds in the environmentally protected Dalyan Delta wetlands. Continue on to the modern town of Dalyan opposite the ruins of ancient Caunos, where the extraordinary Lycian tombs of princes were carved directly into the cliff sides. Up river you can indulge in the famous mineral mud baths reputed to rejuveate the skin.  Return past the long sandy Iztuzu beach, home to the Caretta Caretta loggerhead turtles.  Overnight in Ekincik Bay.

Day 3 :
An early start takes the gulet to Serce Bay for swimming and relaxing in beautiful clear waters great for snorkeling.  The small entrance hides the sheltering bay where many ships have run for shelter for centuries- not all successfully. One shipwreck was excavated and put on  display at the Museum of Underwater Archaeology in Bodrum.  After a relaxing lunch, we cruise to Bozukkale (ancient Loryma) for the evening, with an optional walk to visit the magnificent Rhodian shore fort guarding the Loryma harbor.

Day 4:
Cruise to the secluded Dirsek Bay where you can go ashore to enjoy  a walk on ancient trails over the hillsides and look down to the bay’s crystal clear turquoise waters. Proceed into the Gulf of Hisaronu passing the ruins of Byzantine monasteries and fortresses along the way.  After a lunch stop in a bay, cruise in to moor at Selimiye village for the evening and enjoy a drink at one of the quayside lokantas. Evening in Selimiye, or a quiet spot.

Day 5 :
Sail towards Datca with stops for swimming at Gök Liman or Kargi Bay. Datça is a pleasant harbour town, with an old village "Eski Datça" 8 km inland that is interesting to visit.  Spend the evening in Datca harbour or in a nearby bay.

Day 6 :
Early departure to Knidos, a renowned ancient Carian city.  There is time to explore the remains, including an impressive amphitheater, and colonnades, and other sections  where excavations of the site are still going on.  The remains of the two harbours, one for commercial and one for military purposes can still be seen. Cruise onwards to Mersincik Bay, a favorite anchorage of yachts with its idyllic inlet and crystal waters.

Day 7 :
An early start across the gulf takes you to Kissebükü Bay (2 hours) to enjoy the enchanting coves and Byzantine ruins hidden among olive trees along the beach.  A short afternoon sail to Orak Island can take you to the last anchorage or alternatively into Bodrum Harbour for the last night. In Bodrum, you can visit the Museum of Underwater Archaeology with in the Castle of Saint Peter, take a short walk to the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, or enjoy the variety of shopping and excellent nightlife.

Day 8 :
Breakfast and disembarkation in Bodrum Harbour before 10:00 am.

***Itineraries are subject to local weather conditions and may, for the safety of the passengers and boat, be changed at short notice by the captain, whose decision in such matters is final. The passenger’s personal interests may be discussed and included in the itinerary if possible.
